In order to make your check-in process simple and convenient, all of our Vacation Homes offer Key-less Entry to access. There is no need to check into an office or keep track of keys or a card which can be easily misplaced. Simply arrive at your Vacation Home and let yourself in. Check-In is available any time after 3pm. Perfect for late arrivals!

Many of our homes have private off-street parking. You can see the car-icon in the top border for each home. Some even have 2 spots. The ones that don’t, do have street parking in front of the homes. Parking isn’t as difficult as you may have heard.

If Owner’s property becomes unavailable for rental to Guest, Owner’s liability shall be limited to the refund of any deposits or rental amounts previously paid.
30 days prior to arrival date: will get back 90% of the amount guest has paid.
30-14 days prior to arrival date: will get back 50% of the amount guest has paid.
14-0 days prior to arrival date: Entire amount received will be retained.
We do not offer refunds due to early CHECK-OUTS from a property.
We do not offer refunds in the case of weather issues within 14-0 days of your stay. This is why we highly recommended travel insurance, unexpected events can happen!
Travelers must cancel by 11:59pm on the cut-off day before check-in to receive a refund. All times are specific to your property’s time zone.
Guests are advised to purchase travel Insurance to cover any unforeseen event.

No, a car isn’t necessary…. Unless you are planing a short trip to the beach on Tybee Island. Which is 18 miles away from the Historic District. City of Savannah has a great selection of transportation options for getting around. There is the DOT Shuttle at no charge: takes passengers to many of the cultural and historic points of interest downtown, as well to and from the city’s 5 public parking garages.
The Savannah Belles Passenger Ferry: These boats depart from Rousakis Plaza on River St. and provide ferry service between River Street and Hutchinson Island. Bicycles and strollers are welcome on board.
The River Street Streetcar: “Dottie” is a bio-diesel fueled Melbourne streetcar, lovingly restored in Savannah. This 43 passenger car makes a number of stops along its roughly mile long track on River Street.
