This beautiful Southern Victorian vacation rental is great for a vacation such as Girls getaway or family reunions. Built near Forsyth Park in 1890. Overall on a lovely tree-lined stretch of East Waldburg Street in the Historic Victorian District.
Once entering the East Waldburg vacation home. Guests are greeted from soaring ceilings, crown molding and original hardwood floors throughout the home. Furthermore the large open windows give an overabundance of natural light found throughout the house.
The fully-stocked kitchen includes, separate wine cooler, a large center island, of course with beautiful granite counter tops and appliances. Where for example, delicious meals can be prepared and served. After that, retire to the cozy living room and comfortable recliners at East Waldburg to relax with a movie or football game on the Flat Screen TV. Or finally just snuggle up on the couch with your favorite e-book or magazine.

The Layout
The layout shows in this case, living room/kitchen and three bedrooms. One on either end of the spacious first floor, the center bedroom with a Queen bed has connecting doors to both the front and back bedroom.
