The Annual Georgia History Festival is the signature educational program of the Georgia Historical Society which is held annually during the month of February to commemorate the founding of the colony of Georgia on February 12, 1733. The Georgia History Festival invites students all ages to participate in a variety of programs held across the state of Georgia which include a series of school events and curriculum, crafts and workshops.
