This beautiful Southern Victorian house is great for a vacation such as Girls getaway or family reunions. Built near Forsyth Park in 1890. Overall on a lovely tree-lined stretch of East Waldburg Street in the Historic Victorian District. Redecorated in November 2020.
Once entering the East Waldburg upper vacation home. Guests are greeted from soaring ceilings, crown molding and original hardwood floors throughout the home. Furthermore the large open windows give an overabundance of natural light found throughout the house.
The fully-stocked kitchen includes, separate wine cooler, a large center island, of course with beautiful granite counter tops and appliances. Where for example, delicious meals can be prepared and served. After that, retire to the cozy living room at East Waldburg upper to relax with a movie or football game on the Flat Screen TV. Or finally just snuggle up on the couch with your favorite e-book or magazine.

The Layout
The layout shows in this case, on either end of the spacious second floor is one bedroom, each with King bed, pocket door and closet space, the center bedroom with a Queen bed. The old original fireplaces in each room certainly gives the filling of life “long past in 1890”. The front master bedroom has a lovely view from the spacious balcony on the old cobblestone street of East Waldburg. Also, the back bedroom shows no lack of space, the floor-to-ceiling window offers a view to the back porch as well as the back garden.
Equally important both bathrooms are just a few feet away in the hall, the one closer to the front bedroom has, double vanity as well as a walk-in shower and jetted tub, for relaxing or regenerating after a long day of sightseeing. Furthermore, it can be closed off to the hallway and be used as the master. The second bathroom also has a walk-in shower with a Shower System.
